The Saltwater Seabbatical

We couldn’t have found a better place for our last-minute family get-away. I was worried it wouldn’t be as fun because 1.) it’s winter and 2.) unseasonal tornadoes had caused a power outage on the peninsula just days before. But business was back to normal when we arrived. The location and amenities made for a memorable experience, so much that the beach during winter is my new favorite thing! Lovely home, perfect location, amazing view of ocean, cozy deck, and a fenced in yard—which is perfect if you have kids. And it’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Clean, comfy, spacious layout, large TV, board games inside and yard games outside, fire pit, and hammocks! Golf cart rental place is literally next door, but the house is so close to the ocean that you really don’t need one. Our hosts Jordan & Jason were excellent. They responded quickly when I had questions, and checked to see if we needed anything. We cannot wait to stay here again—thanks for everything!

Great place for a family! Walking distance to the beach was Amazing. Loved the extra beach towels. The shower pressure was great and was able to have a hot shower every time! House had everything, but having extra bedding would have been great, but couldn’t find extra sheets or blankets. Other than that, this is a must stay!
