We appreciate our visitors respecting our home & our neighbors by adhering to these rules: -Minimum age to rent is 25. -The person booking must be staying the duration of the reservation. -Pets must be added to the reservation, and the pet fee must be paid prior to stay. Max of 2 pets. -Parties & events are not allowed. -Quiet hours are from 11pm-5am. -Absolutely no smoking permitted in our home. -Leave the furniture where it is. -Report damage immediately. -Pets must be crated when left unattended. -Clean up after your furry friends.

Beach access is steps from the Saltwater Seabbatical! There is ample parking for 3-4 cars in the oversized driveway. Golf cart rentals are popular in Crystal Beach, and "It's a Beach Thing: Golf Cart Rentals" is nearby! Bolivar Beach Parking Stickers are available to purchase from local vendors for those who would like to park on the beach.
